Todays Daily Design is pretty simple. A few abstract marks to draw in a larger space. To be honest I had a lot of trouble with it. From here I will put more and more complexity into the img. I really like the idea of a path leading into the sun…and the sun being a hole illusion. What I really wanted to share today was the audio clip I mentioned yesterday. I did some hunting, it was Alan Watts on nothingness. There is a short clip of it here (followed by some other tunes). You should definitely take a look.
How Strange it is to be anything at all, photoshop
The text comes from neutral milk hotel, the song came on yesterday and I had not heard it in a long time. It’s really a profound phrase thrown in towards the end and I think it couples nicely with the Alan Watts idea. Let me know what you guys think! What images help you describe your nothingness/everything?
