I do not know if you know this about me, but I am a huge fan of House, Dubstep, DNB, DM, the lot. I have been following BBC Radio one’s Essential Mix with Pete Tong for a few years now. There was nothing like it in the states however. I was always limited to people putting the mixes up on Soundcloud or other such services…until now. Evolution Radio 101.7 has hit Boston and it is going to be huge. I found it in the car at 3 am. I was late for a international flight and my ipod died so I scanned the stations. That’s when I heard pete tong was on American airwaves. I couldn’t wait to get back into the country!
Immediately I wanted to respond. I want to be a part of Evolution Radio any way I can. I want to help blow it up, I want to help spread dance music in boston. I want to do it as a graphic designer/illustrator with a passion for music. So I am expediting my new portfolio. I have also made my own Essential Mix. I want you to help me get it to Pete Tong
this is my first time at the tables, so think of it as more of a gesture, I am after all a designer. I just figured this would be a good way to get Evolutions attention.
